Review on Rustark 4Mm 45Mm Assortment Porcelain Drilling by Luca Washington
They stagger and break glass.
I used it to drill about 20 holes in glass and had about 50% breakage. Maybe worse than that. These bits are brittle and slightly off center as the metal bends easily. I wouldn't recommend glass at all. Very poor.
