I suffer from migraines and sensitivity to light. Most of the time I wear prescription glasses with small frames and it's almost impossible to find clip-on lenses that fit me and don't look ridiculous. Not only do they fit well, they also look good. They work? Well, they definitely help with photosensitivity. I've only worn them once during a migraine and it helped eliminate a source of discomfort. I wore them a few times when I didn't have migraines and was bothered by bright lights. That makes them bearable. I turn them over or take them off when I'm working with paint. They're fairly light, but I often get headaches when I have a migraine or a change in the weather, and they add extra pressure. Not enough to be a big problem, but I'll take them off a bit if needed.
