Review on Lukasa by Scott Clark

My shopping experience at Lukasa was disappointing, despite my lofty expectations. Finding what I was searching for on the website was challenging because there were no obvious categories for the products and the website was difficult to navigate. When I did make a buy, I was dissatisfied with the products' quality. Both the appliances and the bedding fell far short of my expectations based on the website's descriptions. To make things worse, it took weeks for the products to arrive due to the horrendously slow shipping. My frustration was only increased when I received unhelpful and dismissive answers from customer service. In general, I would not suggest Lukasa. Despite having a good variety of products, I had a disappointing purchasing experience due to their subpar website, poor products, slow shipping, and unhelpful customer service.
