I bought this for Christmas but didn't know how to turn it on. Although it broke. Requested a replacement as I thought it was broken. The company sent a replacement 2 days after I requested a refund. It was fast. However, it turned out that I was wrong. I just didn't know how to turn it on. To turn it on you have to turn on the lower part from behind, attach the battery and don't forget to also click on the red ball that is on the elephant's trunk. Otherwise it's fun. The balls fly into the slot and the children grab the ball that flies on. Children like to run after the balloons and put them in the slot. I've only had it for 2 weeks, let's see how it goes. Recommend the company to provide the best guide to activate the toy
