I waffled around a bit before I bought this unit. Do I get battery operated? Corded? Gas?I foam my cars when I wash them and wanted to get a cheap and powerful leaf blower. In the end, I went corded because I didn’t want the hassle of battery replacements, and the cost of a powerful battery operated blower wasn’t really justifiable from a cost perspective.Gasoline can potentially also distribute fine oil particles over the car. A big no no!This blower needs a cord. It’s a cheap investment to get a long 100ft cord that is 12ga. It is powerful enough to blow away water. Weight of the unit is fair.Here’s your disclaimer. Put the cord over your shoulder so dirt that sticks to the cord doesn’t scratch your paint. That’s the only issue.Enjoy your easily dried car!
