I have ordered several sets of these colors as well as a starter set which was not as high quality (as advertised for children). These paint sets offer an excellent range of vibrant colours. They also have a nice sheen. If you try to match a color like I did for a project, the colors will be slightly different from the pictures, just like trying to match a fiber. These color sets offer such a wide variety of colors for new projects! The fibers themselves are strong and slightly stiff. It's not as smooth and soft as the DMC brand's so I've had occasions where the strands get a bit snagged when parted from time to time, but it's still a pleasure to work with and great results to achieve (hand embroidery). For a great price you get good quality yarns and very specific color sets. Overall I am very happy with these color packs and will be ordering again in the future.
