Rarely have I received such excellent customer service as I received from Fanny at Metme. Before my purchase arrived she contacted me by email to make contact and to ensure that I was delighted with my purchase. The original dress I received was damaged and also too small. I am usually a dress size 14 or size L as I wear a size 12 skirt. I originally ordered the XL. Fanny kept in touch with me and personally ensured that I received a new dress in pristine condition and in size XXL. I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful new dress that fits perfectly. In addition, she did not want me to send the first dress back so that the next person would not get a damaged dress-that's extremely thoughtful. Not only is this dress fabulous and well-made, the customer service is also impeccable. I highly recommend this dress and the company. Definitely order up a size or two for the fit.
