Review on Finnex Digital Titanium Aquarium HMS 100S by Sara Bertrand
Not sure if it's broken but DO NOT use Premium Aquatics
Received my Finnex HMS 100W Titanium, HMS-100S heater from Revain today. After installing it in my 29 gallon acrylic tank and acclimating to the water temperature for almost an hour, I turned on the heater, set the temperature and five seconds later the EE2 error appeared. The sensor is in the water and I use a sensor wire holder to keep it straight. After trying to erase it by holding the power button for 3 seconds a few times, I'm at a loss. I have contacted Finnex and followed the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Sad to return as I love Finnex lights and this heater was very disappointing. Additionally, Premium Aquatics will not refund the cost of shipping a defective product. DO NOT use them.
