I marked the size as slightly small but wasn't sure what size to order - I didn't know how much swelling I would swell. I had quite a bit of swelling so I would recommend ordering a larger size if you are going to have major surgery. Otherwise I love this bra. My doctor has ordered me to wear a post-operative bra 24/7 for 4-6 weeks. I'm not used to wearing a bra at night, but this bra was very comfortable. More comfortable than the post-op bra the surgeon gave me. When I went to my post-op my surgeons wanted to know where I got this bra from! I told them it was comfortable and everyone agreed it was very stylish. The best surprise was that this gorgeous bra was the cheapest!
