My grind'oro arrived on time. I unpacked it and found that the plastic tray was broken. Unpacking further, I found care and maintenance information and registration information. Installing the battery was a breeze, charging the salt and pepper jars was pretty easy. The salt grinder was fine and the pepper grinder is not powerful enough to grind pepper in any way other than coarse. If you want fine pepper, this is not for you. At first he couldn't grind peppers without getting clogged. The trick is to turn it upside down, press the button and let the peppercorns fall back into the container, this is time consuming. I will use this as another salt grinder. However, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to give a negative review. When I contacted support@franluca.com they told me to review on Amazon. If they sorted out the broken plastic stand and found a stronger pepper grinder I could give a better rating.
