Review on SATA Spark Plug Socket ST12919SC by Chris Goldsby

Love this particular spark plug set. I have a file in which everything to do with spark plugs such as pullers, gap dimensions, etc. can be found. But I always have to rummage through my tools to find the right spark plug boot, necessary extensions and a ratchet. Now I have everything in one place. An added bonus is that the flex head ratchet and extensions in this set will likely find other uses. The set is high quality. One of the extensions has a locking button so once attached the base will not come loose until the button is held down. If you've ever lost an outlet on a hard-to-reach plug and had to try to pry it out with long pliers, then you know how valuable it is. There is a second annexe with a swing. That's ok, but I would have preferred a short swivel adapter and a medium-sized extension instead. This would allow for more flexibility and combinations than two extensions of the same length. The ratchet runs smoothly and engages without slipping. There is no knurling on the ratchet handle, which would be helpful if you have grease or oil and need to get hooked. Each extension has a knurled section to solve this problem. I am very satisfied with this set, despite some minor suggestions for improvement. My working spark plug holder is ready.
