Ordered both vanilla and chocolate and liked them both. However, I found the vanilla to be a little too sweet for me, but I just added more water and it was fine. The mix really well and the taste was smooth and not chalky tasting at all. Curbed my appetite for 2-3 hours at a time. I love how it doesn't take much product to make a decent shake. It says to use 4-6 oz of water, but I used 8-12 oz which worked best for me. Overall this is a great product and I will be ordering again. The only negative is that this company doesn't offer strawberry flavor, so I'll look around for another brand that has all three flavors. I did the optifast program through Kaiser and paid well over $2k for the same shakes, and these work just as well for a fraction of the cost. Worth every penny and does the job. Gotta go, time for a shake!
