I like that it's easy for anyone who is in charge of organizing an event or conference, as well as those attending them (and their peers).
It also makes managing contacts very simple! One thing we found really interesting was how many people were willing give us feedback through customer support - sometimes they'd even suggest features themselves which could be implemented later!! There are some things about this platform you need experience with but once everyone has been trained there isn't much left at all :) We've used other platforms before so had no fear switching over from what worked previously - however did have more confidence using our own data rather than relying solely upon third party sources because everything can easily updated/changed ourselves without having another 3rd party provider do any work required.
