This item is really good. The only problem I had was that when you twist it to get the whole core it tends to tear the peppers a bit unless it's big enough for the peppers. Well, to say it doesn't matter what I've used them for so far, but I thought it might be important if you're making stuffed peppers. They'll still work just fine, they might just lose some cheese or juice. However, it is a huge time saver. I can go through a bunch of peppers with it in just a few seconds and it cleans in there pretty well. There are only a few scattered seeds left.
