Review on Optimized for SEO: Osprey Farpoint 70 Men's Travel Backpack by Mack Douglas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great bag for any price. good size durable and comfortable

Just returned from a month long trip in the Riviera/Adriatic/Spain. The bag was a great success. It was big enough but not too big. I know the hardcore guys say that 30+ liters means you're overpacking. I have a feeling they were the tourists we smelled on the bus. I had clothes for a week, a jacket and some semi-formal items, as well as some food and of course wine. Proper packaging was required but everything fitted easily. A little tense when in a hurry or lazy. I figured a small backpack might be useful and might be too much extra weight too far back. Turns out we use it every day. I rarely zipped it over my main backpack. It was our towel and a bag of wine. The straps were very comfortable for a small backpack. It is very important. If you haven't carried a backpack all day, you fail to appreciate the importance of a beautifully crafted pendant. The carrying system of the main backpack was also excellent. When I lifted it up onto my iliac crest and tightened it, the shoulder straps carried no load. They just kept him from tipping back. I walked all day with an arthritic back, carried a 15kg backpack and never had a problem. It just doesn't rest on the spine when you've adjusted it properly. Somehow I cut a small hole in the partition of the cabin. Probably my razor or something. The rest of the pack looks more or less new. Just a bit of dirt from putting it on things. Sleeping bag straps and mini backpack straps served a variety of functions. basically with my towel and poncho. Comfortable, durable and just the right size. I wish I had a large SANS mini pack and only used a separate pack for a few days. The zipper on the small backpack makes it too thick. I hung a small backpack on my chest to be more comfortable. Not really worth giving 4 stars
