It's easy to use because it has an intuitive interface which allows users without any knowledge of coding or programming languages like PHP/JS to create their own forms.

The best thing about this software is its ability to customize your form so you can easily add extra fields as required in each case. There were some minor issues with customization but they have been resolved now (at least I haven't come across them recently). If someone wants an all-inclusive tagging solution then definitely go ahead & try out its free trial version first before buying! We used it at my previous job where we had thousands of customers who filled up our questionnaires every day after registering via different channels such as mobile app downloads etc.
