A little undersized.
Ordered size small. Daughter is 6 years old, usually wears size 6/7. It fits tight but is still comfortable for her. The next size up has more room for a shirt underneath this top, but the sleeves are too long. Generally good quality will have a shirt end on the back to help hold the shell down.
