I've been using the ASUS VG245H monitor for a week now. Its color and clarity are decent and most people won't see any problems. After installation I had to tweak a bit until my system recognized a 75Hz refresh rate (out of the box it tried to connect at 60Hz). I had to go into the operating system and install it. Another issue is that the packaging it arrived in looked like it had been opened. The transparent tape that usually covers the top flap of the box was missing (although it didn't appear the tape had been tightened). This raised some concerns, but after opening it and reviewing the content, everything seemed to be in place. The manufacturer/dealer should pay more attention to this detail in the future.
