GREAT SET! Very important! very easy to assemble
I received this set of 16 balloons and inflated all the balloons myself. Helium is not required! Comes with foil and latex balloons. A small straw to put in foil balloons (like in a helium tank) and simply inflate. Confetti balloons also need a straw. Including balloon ribbon. 16 has two holes for hanging, and the banner also needs a ribbon. In general, everything is simple and it took about an hour to set it up. A lot of money saved And it all hangs in 2 days! It's worth it
