if you want to keep saying "what?" "can you repeat it please?", "Huh?", "Can you say that again, please?" Then this system is for you! It's very difficult to understand what the people on the other end are saying because of the muffled audio. In addition, the overall quality of communication with them is very often poor and suffers from too many instantaneous dropouts. Also, your voice often reverberate for about half a second after you say something. I thought they were great but turns out this system sucks. I hate using them and they are going back to Amazon. What a waste of time. and one more thing, it seems like phones often don't "hook" to the charging dock when you drop them in for some weird reason. They stay dark (screen) and don't realize they should start charging until you pick them up and put them back in the base. so frustrating! With so many copies sold, I just can't understand how the system can be in such a mess. Want another challenge? that's all, when you press the tone dialing keys there is no sound. Why should they do this? so stupid! Why are phones so thick and bulky? and the base also needs work. The ship is uncomfortably flat so they fall out very easily on impact. Sorry, but this product just sucks!
