I just received my "Full Window Washer" and am disappointed. The product description gives the impression that this product comes with an extension handle, which is not the case. Now I have to order a separate extension handle, which I would not have ordered until I had only known that the extension handle is not included in the "complete" package. The description is misleading. For the information of anyone considering this product, the extension handle must be purchased separately. Here's the description from Revain's site: * All-in-one scraper and washer * Best suited for high-altitude cleaning * Streak-free rubber blade * Removable, machine-washable cover * Easily attaches to a threaded or tapered extension. After the last descriptor, there should be a disclaimer informing the prospective buyer that "extension" is not included. As such, this product is not "the most convenient for high-altitude cleaning." It extends a maximum of two feet.
