For $30 you get a pretty good buildable board that comes with a tool. When I bought my first penny board, it didn't have a $100 tool. I had to use a wrench to actually modify the board. The board comes with parts tightened so I had to use a tool to loosen it. The bearings have metal shielding and are probably abec-7. The wheels are the coolest part because they light up as they spin. I believe lights are powered by movement. Pretty amazing board with all these features for $30.
