Good idea, but still needs some work. The signal is also only 2.4 GHz. It's okay, but it would be nice to have 5GHz. If there is another access point even close to this unit, the access point has priority over this unit. You must be in a true dead zone to connect/bounce to this device. It's a great idea, I just don't know what else it is with its ultimate app. Notes: The device says it can connect at 150Mbps. While this is true and you can connect at 150Mbps, the connection to the switch is only 100Mbps. Yes, we laughed a lot about that. Yes, wireless connections are half-duplex. But in a business application where 25 people are trying to connect to a WAP and you need 300Mbps on the 2.4 and 5GHz bands, the limits are 150Mbps on an internal 100 -Mbps connection (get the annoying question "When I'm in the conference room the AI has a fast connection but in the conference room the BI has a slower connection!?) GHz at 300Mbps with 1Gb internal connection but this Product works best only at low speed Independent applications, I hope this clarifies my statement and comments (I agree with your comments and they are very important! ).
