Review on Garmin nüvi 205 Portable GPS Navigator - Compact 3.5-Inch Device by Faliere Jorge

Due to some issues with my internal navigation system I have come to the conclusion that to keep my sanity I really need to invest in GPS. I wanted to keep the costs down, but I also wanted to get my money's worth. After completing the study, it became clear that the Nuvi 205 is exactly what we need. When I opened the box and turned it on, I found it incredibly easy to use! I've tried using it for places where I know where I'm going and how to get there and found that it very rarely didn't follow the same route I would have taken. It's not perfect, but it certainly does a good job. If you want to hear the street names read aloud when turning, you will need a different model as this model does not have that. However, it will let you know when a bend is coming and tell you to turn right/left here. If you're unsure about a turn, the GPS will also display the street name and distance to the turn on screen, making it easy to follow the entire process. All of this suggests that this is not an ideal system. There were times when I knew where I was going and when I tested the GPS I chose a route that was further away and longer than I needed. I also found the turn-by-turn directions to come to you fairly quickly, but like I said if you look at the display it will point you straight in the right direction. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I have actually told several people about this and some of them will now buy the Nuvi 205 for themselves. For what I spent compared to what I got, it was worth the investment!
