The lip balm came out in clumps. I've never had such a problem. Should it be lumpy? Updated 10/3/2021 The seller has contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I decided to replace the product and tested again. I made the lip balm again. Warmed up like before. I gave it about 20 minutes at the set temperature and chilled the melted mixture in the fridge. It came out perfect. The texture was smooth and creamy. The product glides well on the skin without leaving a waxy feel. I will definitely buy from this seller again. I am changing my rating to 5 stars.
