This is one of the most confusing electronic devices I've ever owned or were. I can't understand the menus assuming I can even see them as everything is so small. At the moment I think it plays randomly, but it only seems to play about a dozen songs out of the 102 songs I have on the machine. And for some time, for some reason, he lost only the first 10-12 seconds at a time. The online manual is nothing more than a messy piece of unintelligible English. The menus and screenshots do not match the device. If you are selling something in the US, please have the instructions written or at least proofread by a native English speaker.
