Downloading updates is harder than it should be
This scanner is too complicated to set up. It was difficult to find software for this particular model on their website. It works once you set it up, but the website interface needs a redesign. As mentioned, there is no internal power supply. So if you unplug it from your car, no settings will be saved. All in all, this is not my favorite OBD scanner.
