It's getting harder and harder to find inexpensive wired headphones, perhaps thanks to Apple's "innovative" approach to Bluetooth, but we're a full Android family and after a few false starts, I realized I wasn't looking into it had to charge the headphones. And since I wanted to use my Kindle headphones at night, too often I found the headphones disappeared when I needed them. I'd rather just keep them connected. I was happy to find this set that met my odd but non-negotiable needs. The earbuds look a bit unusual with metal elements, especially the bar to align the earbuds. Nice try but the headphones kept falling out until I read other reviews and learned the technique of tilting the stem back about 75 degrees from vertical. It worked; Headphones stay now. The sound quality is good, better than others I've tried. You're not inviting your friends over to listen to your wonderful stereo, are you? The sound leakage is practically zero, which is especially important for people who wake up at 3am and want to watch videos without waking the other person/people in bed. The sound control (up/down/off) can be easily operated by touch. I don't use it with my phone, so I can't comment on the microphone. and the quality is better than i expected.
