Very small and strange sticky padding in knee

I paid more for leggings than I usually say because they are organic and my daughter is a normal size 10/12 but she looked more like a size 8 and was very tight. Assuming they would fit, washed them, threw away the packaging and can't return so $60 in the trash. I bought two two packs hoping my daughter would have enough extra comfy pants to get through the summer. Another surprise was that there is sticky reinforcement padding on the knee (on the skin side) which would have made my daughter uncomfortable. It should have a cotton lining at the top. anyway a pity to buy.
