Incredibly disappointed in this device. WiFi not working, exchanged a few emails with evaPolar customer service with no success. They actually asked me to change my router settings to make the device work. Or better yet, use my neighbor's WiFi. They even asked me to turn off all my Bluetooth devices. too much hassle if you ask me. but I was living with wifi that wasn't working and after 6 days of ownership the unit started buzzing and flashing red to say the cartridge needs to be replaced. Remember that the cartridge needs to be replaced after 3-6 months, not after 6 days. I contacted evaPolar support again and they replied that I can reset everything by connecting via Wi-Fi! hahaha This bad boy is back in the Amazon.
