I have been using Miele vacuum cleaners in my cleaning business for many years. Overall, they are among the best on the market. But they have many weaknesses. The wand in particular can have several problems. Dirt easily gets stuck in the wires inside and gets constantly clogged. The plastic button can easily rebound and break at the slightest impact. And either the return mechanism is stuck and it is no longer possible to adjust the length of the rod. Or he keeps slipping and collapsing, not holding his position. I recently emailed Miele about these issues and they don't seem to be taking these issues seriously. I've been told that I have problems because I use vacuums in my shop and that customers who only use them at home and not for commercial purposes don't really have these problems. Judging only about Revain by the reviews, this is not true. Over the years, I've watched Miele's ratings continue to drop. And I think they will fall even further if they don't take customer complaints seriously.
