Whenever you buy a smart product, always check the app reviews first. Apps for Android and IOS are rated less than 2/5 stars. The app just doesn't work. You'll pay an extra $100 over the base model for automatic mode. I decided to try anyway. Got it on sale during Black Friday and all I cared about was that the auto mode worked. I understand it can't be that bad? Besides, he looks great. A few months later, not so much. Any setting above the lowest is noticeably louder, and Auto mode doesn't seem to do anything. It just stays constant at the second lowest level. Based on the reviews and my testing of the burnt tortilla, even on the highest setting it doesn't seem to do anything to clean the air.
