Over the past year I have discovered the beauty of co-shing. I have very fine hair and it's very curly. I think my natural curls belong to the third type. I've struggled with dry scalp and psoriasis since I was young. My favorite trowel used to be As I Am Coconut, which worked well, but I saw it and wanted to try it. When I say my scalp feels cool, hydrated and fresh, I can't tell you how good that feels. The photo shows my hair AFTER the first use of co-shing. My hair looks and feels great. The scalp no longer itch. Following the directions, I parted my hair into wet sections and applied liberally to each section. My hair needed a lot of love, so I thoroughly lathered each strand of hair. I was also able to brush my hair by leaving the trowel in my hair for 30 minutes. The cocoon is very creamy and thick. If your curls weigh down easily, I definitely won't use as much product. I haven't brushed my hair in over 6 months. I usually unravel them with my fingers in the shower. It was actually nice to clean without breaking. This will definitely be my new bucket trip. If you have thick hair and struggle with dandruff, dry scalp, itchy scalp or even psoriasis I would recommend this. Then I applied the conditioner, left it on and air dried.
