No problem with delivery and packaging. The product has arrived as expected. Installation was easy and now my Garmin has a beautiful new strap! Soft straps of different lengths fit almost every wrist and the buckle closes securely. The problem I had is that the small piece is there to hold the excess strap after it's attached. well it's not going well. It's too flimsy to hold the band in place, and the same goes for the undersized bar that needs to snap into the bracelet's notch to hold it in place. This causes the strap to fly free, snag on clothing or other things, and it's a little annoying as I seem to be constantly adjusting the strap around my wrist. Here's my two cents. Use it or ignore it - the ball is on your side.
