These headphones are changing swimming and I was so happy to swim with them until they stopped working. The sound quality in the water was great and no ear plugs were needed. They stayed on when I swam all the strokes and even during somersaults. I haven't tried diving with them. The fit with caps is a little wonky - I was able to pull the cap over my ears and cover the earcups a bit around my ears, but the cap often went up causing my ears to stick out. I want the back to be adjustable as it sticks out behind my neck. I also liked the versatility of switching between Bluetooth mode for streaming/pool calls and MP3 mode for swimming. File notice: Only MP3 files are recognized. For example, all music files from Apple iTunes/Music need to be converted to mp3 first (this is very simple: select the song file in Apple Music, then select FILE -> CONVERT -> mp3. Copy/convert song, then drag- and drop into the headphone case). I would rate this product 5 stars but after only 3 swims the headphones stopped working after leaving them plugged in for a long time. DO NOT leave them charging overnight! Now the headphones will not turn on and when connected the red indicator will be on.
