Left and right headphones will not sync.
Nice charging box, that's all. These headphones will NOT sync with each other prior to pairing with your device, so only one of them will pair with your device - enjoy mono audio! The instructions state that they should sync and say "connected" before going into "Bluetooth pairing mode". Instead, they turn on (lots of flashing red and blue lights) and then immediately go into pairing mode (with a broken voice between the two earbuds). The manual says go to their website for support---FAQs/Support/Manuals are blank. Web pages on your site and that particular product is still not even showing. I found a reset instruction from the seller on another TrueBuds model, no difference.
