The grips came in a nice, professional looking box that's as good as the accessories you can find at Best Buy. The grips themselves are ABS plastic but with a matte, almost soft finish that is nice to the touch. The Joy-Con fits snugly on the inside and 4 rubber tabs keep the Joy-Con securely in place. The colors also match exactly. Please note that the ZL/ZR buttons are not available when they are in the grip. However, none of the competing grips offer this feature (to my knowledge). Also, most games that require the Joy-Con to be split don't use ZL/ZR, so it probably doesn't matter much. I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product considering it costs half the price of some of the more popular competing brands. This is an inexpensive accessory that will enhance any game that requires Joy-Cons to be shared.
