These are good for what they are. The reason I returned them is they weren’t right for me. They roll extremely smoothly which is fantastic, and I I could easily fling myself all the way across the room if I wanted to.However, since the wheel diameter is far larger than the normal wheels. The main issue this presents is when the casters need to change direction such as when you are going in or out of a desk, they have a tendency to get bound up and stop. Since my chair is fairly tall, this was quite an issue as it caused the chair to tilt disconcertingly quite a few times. I ended up keeping the normal wheels. I may get some rubber lined ones, but this will do for now.
