Good Product on Tissue Pom Poms

Edit: The company/store contacted me to see what they could do to improve my issue. There is currently no room for improvement but since they really care about their customer satisfaction I am editing them to let other users know that I am happy with the purchases. The balloon was originally sealed so we had to poke a hole to inflate it. . There were no instructions. To do this I had to go to YouTube, so FYI.
