This was the best purchase of the year. My first headset was a Logitech and it worked fine, but I kept stepping on the cable and it eventually failed. Then I got a Logitech replacement, a newer version, and it didn't work as well as my first one. Working from home, I needed a reliable headset, so a friend recommended Cyber Acoustic. I like the design, it's very light and I like that the cable isn't plastic, it's like a strong cord that moves easily. Also, your mouthpiece is moveable and stays in place when in place. I would give them 5 stars for comfort but the earbuds are a bit small and start to hurt with prolonged wear. It's set to the maximum value, so there's nothing I can do. Anyway, still a good buy and no big deal.
