Review on OtterBox Utility Series Latch II Case: Enhanced Protection for 10-Inch Tablets - Black, with Accessory Bag by Adan Hudson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does what it should.

Good for those who need either hands free. I use it when walking around the construction site with my iPad. Pros: Fits well, lots of accessories [you eventually need a thing or two and it's nice to have them all on hand in one case to toss in your bag. The adjustable wrist strap fits well and allows you to use a portrait in a landscape setting. The neck strap works great and allows the iPad to stand at elbow height. I found the strap to be a little tight and after an hour or two it started biting my neck a bit. But nothing the webbing under the collar wouldn't fix. The adjustable neck strap allows the device to sit at different heights for typing, or simply hang up when not in use. Cons: With the utility latch installed, the Otterbox protective cover is difficult to remove and install. The ears, which would normally fit the body, sit over the utility latch's rubber corners, stretching the ears a little more than we'd like. Attaching the accessory bag to the universal lock as shown in the picture will make this item too bulky. I love the idea of a bag, I just throw it in my backpack. I'm concerned about the rubbery, elastic corners that hold it on the iPad. They are stretched so much that it seems like they will break at any moment. It didn't happen, but they look tense to the point that they eventually will be. The biggest downside is the limited access to the headphone jack and power button. Corner straps wrap around right where those two are. Not impossible to get to, just a bit of corner work to find a headphone jack to plug in. Small problem and definitely not a deal breaker when buying. seen intention. The build quality is 10 out of 10, just like every Otterbox product. Would recommend to anyone who needs something like this.
