For a looser, more flowy fit order size
sizing is correct, I wear a size 10 so I ordered Large; However, if you want to wear it looser and more flowy like the picture, you need to order one size up. Order your normal size, it's form fitting and catchy. The navy blue is a very nice color and overall I really liked it BUT I had to order an XL because I wanted it to be looser. I will return mine.
