Not Galvanized! - This is my first order, but I didn't check the rust until the next season.
Galvanized metal should last a long time (more than a decade). These spikes were rusty below the soil within the first two months of use. I moved the landscaping cloth and had to pull up the spikes or staples as this seller calls them. If there was any zinc on this metal which is what we are being led to believe it must have been a whisper. Terribly misleading description.
- Ease of use, most of the time you can press them down by hand unless it’s been dry and the ground hard.
- The MySit staples may be sharp and pose a hazard to children and pets
