The chain is too small for a cockatoo
I don't understand why they use these thin chains. This lasted a day and my bird's chain broke and all the wood went to the bottom of the cage. It's very simple, if you're selling a cockatoo, use a large chain. You know what size I'm talking about because it makes the toy useful instead of useless.
