Small size, very convenient for big bombs!
Small cupcakes are great for fat bombs! They spring up when pressed from below. When filled and placed in the freezer on a small cutting board they are very flexible but this allows for easy removal. Other sizes are great for gluten-free baked goods that require more shapes than regular flour baked goods. Even heat distribution and rapid cooling. They are dishwasher safe and easy to clean.
