Review on Qiyun by Dustin Marshall

I was very dissatisfied with my recent acquisition of a guitar strap and some accessories from Qiyun. The first problem was that the harness was of poor quality and quickly frayed. Qiyun's customer support was unhelpful and condescending when I called them for help. It took me a few tries, but the refund procedure was slow and frustrating in the end. In sum, my negative experience with Qiyun's products and customer support makes it unlikely that I'll ever recommend the company to others.
