Review on Pirelli Cinturato P1 Verde 185/65 R15 92H summer by Micha wierczewski ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!

I chose tires for a long time, having climbed the entire Internet and having read reviews, having looked at 100,500 test drives and reviews, and I also liked the fact that the company is good, participates in Formula races, etc. and so on. When I bought it, I jumped like a child from buying a radio-controlled helicopter =) In a word: I chose the best from the middle segment! But after already! For 1 month, I noticed how the tread was disappearing at a frantic speed, especially the sidewall, although the pressure was always maintained at 2.1 atmospheres (KIA RIO). As a result, I almost flew away at 02 at night on the Hong Kong Ring Road at a speed of 110 in the left lane after another rut due to the fact that the corner was erased to zero to a hole, followed by replacement with a spare wheel! And this is on the Hong Kong Ring Road . at night . with trucks flying 20-30 cm from you at speed! Hell, I don't want to experience this again. But that was first! Secondly: hydroplaning and keeping the car in corners! It’s generally dark here - I didn’t expect such a terrible grip on the road - I almost flew off on the “petal” at a speed of 60 km / h (this is a normal speed, just for understanding). I used to fly there on old tires at 95, where a little higher and a slight whistle began! On Pirelli tires, I almost flew 60 into the bump stop! And it's dry summer weather! when it rains - it’s not more than 40 at all, otherwise it starts to break down. My subjective rating is "1+" out of 5 points.

Pros
  • Soft, perfectly absorbs the joints of plates and pits! Almost didn't notice the rut because of the soft (but strong) sidewall. But that's probably all
Cons
  • 1. The wear resistance of this rubber is simply disgusting - for 1 season and 30t. Km. gone to zero! 2. On a wet road, there is simply no grip, not to mention hydroplaning.
