I bought these to wear on my wedding day as I was wearing a white dress but wanted to incorporate my passion for purple into my ensemble and they were perfect! Such a nice touch, loads of compliments and they were really comfortable! I ended up wearing heels and they held up so well on the biggest day of my life that I had to walk up and down stairs, walk on slippery carpet, dance on the dance floor and stay up most of the night. . I'm 5ft 8" and I'm definitely sure the heel height helped me because I was looking for something to balance out the length of my dress but also didn't want to be a rocking tower. I just took them off. after the wedding was over, although I bought an apartment to be prepared for the "I can't take it anymore" moment. Now I look forward to wearing them to other people's weddings haha
