I like how it's very easy to use, search for candidates that fit your needs exactly! You can even get specific about what you are looking for in terms of experience level or location (if applicable).

There really isn't much at this point i dislike other than maybe their price range as they only offer certain packages so if you're not within those parameters there might be some fees involved before accepting an applicant/candidate through them. Try using salt so many times now we have been successful in getting more applicants who match our requirements rather quickly once we put out word that we need people in the position described immediately!
