Great Service, Amazing Company: MountainTop Data

The customer service is amazing! They listen really well - they want what's best for their customers AND it shows in everything that I've ever talked about or asked them questions regarding my account/data set up needs (or how we can make our integration work better). There aren't many issues at this point; but when there IS an issue resolved quickly by either myself OR Mtds team members who call me back immediately after emailing support tickets through helpdesk@mtndata.com It goes extremely smoothly!! Our experience so far has been great wMtNData people &amp-service level agreements have always provided us excellent value compared other vendors out market rate pricing of some competitors products which seemed like overpriced "bellends" as one former employee called then. The best thing about MTD is that they know how to use their data to provide great insights to our team. They have been able to help us reach new heights with our team's ability to understand and utilize the information we collect. I would say the only thing I dislike about them is that it can be difficult to get in touch with someone at times. It helps us understand what is happening in our market so we can make better decisions.
